Join Canton Parks and Recreation and the Canton Garden Center for the first session of the Children’s Garden Summer Series, perfect for children ages four to eight. This hands on program is designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of nature in young gardeners.
During this session, children will explore plants, soil, and the natural world while learning the basics of gardening. The theme, Gardening in Our Shoes, encourages kids to connect with the environment, understand how gardens grow, and discover the joy of caring for plants.
Through fun, educational activities, children will dig, plant, and observe while developing new skills and a deeper appreciation for the outdoors. It’s a wonderful opportunity for young minds to learn, explore, and grow in a beautiful garden setting.
